How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it the whole way.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Contact us at support@gopawzly.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Can I return a product I don't like?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us to start a return.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and Shopify's secure checkout — your information is never stored or shared.

My pet didn't like the product. What now?
Contact us and we'll work something out. Your pet's happiness is our priority.
