Our Happy Pet Guarantee
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, here's how we handle it.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, email us at support@gopawzly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If you still haven't received it, contact us at support@gopawzly.com.
Non-Refundable Items
Sale items and digital products are non-refundable.
